Melanie Kiley is a Master Practitioner of Whole Brain Thinking® and the HBDI®, a Time to Think™ Facilitator and Coach, and a Director of CreateConsulting. She is well known for her many years of corporate experience as a skilled HR Manager and she brings strategic thinking and a holistic approach to problem solving for clients. She has the ability to synthesize complexity into practical people-oriented solutions and uses an integrated approach to her facilitation and her coaching. Her love for learning enables a dynamic, fresh and engaging approach to her leadership and her work. Relationships matter to Melanie and she cares deeply about her people, her work and her clients and is driven by making a difference in the lives of the leaders she partners with. She believes in the power of conversation as a catalyst for sustainable change.

Justin Kiley is a Master Practitioner of Whole Brain Thinking® and the HBDI®, a Time to Think® Facilitator, an Integral Executive Coach and a Director of CreateConsulting. Justin draws on 30 years of experience as an entrepreneur and business leader, working closely with individuals and leadership teams, creating insights that lead to personal and team growth, producing exceptional results. In a world where the only constant is change, his energy and passion for cultivating “Best Thinking” creates the opportunity for his clients to navigate and capitalise on the constantly mutating environment in which we do business. His passion is working with industries and teams who possess a burning desire to stretch towards expanding their awareness and capabilities, resulting in conscious, inspired leaders.
