In committing to be coached by Wayne I.L. Aspeling / Transformational Meta Coaching (FZE), hereinafter referred to as “Coach”, you acknowledge that:

• The coaching services the Coach provides are not a substitute for professional medical care, medical, or mental health care and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any mental health conditions. 
• You understand that the Coach is not acting as a medical professional or mental health counsellor.
• You understand that, for legal purposes, coaching is currently an unregulated industry, even though the sessions may take place remotely or in person in English. Wayne I.L. Aspeling is an Associate Certified Meta-Coach certified by the International Neuro-Semantic Institute and the Meta-Coaching Foundation. Wayne I. L. Aspeling is also a certified practitioner of the Herrmann® Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI®) assessment and the Whole Brain® Thinking Model. 
• During your coaching sessions, you understand and agree with your responsibility for your choices, decisions, and well-being. 
• You understand that coaching is not intended to be a substitute for counselling, substance abuse treatment, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis or mental health care. You will not use it as an alternative to any previously prescribed or required therapy.
• You understand that all questions, comments and ideas your Coach share will assist you in achieving the defined goals you create with your Coach. 
• You hereby give your consent to your Coach to guide you in articulating and achieving your goals while understanding that results are totally up to your decisions and are not guaranteed should you not commit 100% to your coaching sessions.
• As the extent of our work together involves your commitment regarding your personal development, career or business, your Coach cannot promise or guarantee your outcomes that may include but are not limited to personal introspection, increased personal happiness, career progression, profitability and/or business success.
• You understand that your information will be confidential unless you state the contrary in writing. 
• You understand that your confidentiality agreement does not protect you against your threat to harm yourself or someone else, any report of neglect, child abuse or elder abuse that will result in necessary actions to be taken. 
• You understand that your Coach is obligated to the extent of the law to provide information or to testify in court should he be subpoenaed to testify in a court of law.
• You understand that technology is not always secure and hereby accept confidentiality risks in using email, text, phone, Zoom or other technology.
• You hereby waive, acquit and forever discharge the Coach, personal representatives, executors, heirs and from all claims, suit action, demands or right to compensation for damages you may claim to have to arise out of acts or omissions by yourself or the Coach as a result of the guidance of my Coach or resulting from the coaching relationship contemplated by this agreement. You hereby declare that no inducement, payment or agreement not explicitly expressed in this agreement has been made for you to sign this agreement. This agreement shall bind your heirs, executors, successors, assigns, and agents.
