McDonald’s Global IDL Development Team partnered with Transformational Meta Coaching to design a high-impact leadership development program tailored for its senior management.
The initiative aimed to equip leaders with the emotional agility, communication mastery, and adaptability needed to excel in today’s complex, fast-changing business landscape.
By blending neuroscience-based insights with practical tools, the Transformational Leaders Workshop provided a holistic journey of self-awareness, influence, and resilience—empowering participants to lead with authenticity and measurable impact across global teams.
Objectives:
- Build self-awareness and reveal personal blind spots
- Improve communication, listening, questioning, and presentation effectiveness.
- Develop adaptability and authenticity to thrive in a VUCA environment.
- Lead with impact, resilience, influence, passion, and accountability.
- Confidently engage stakeholders and manage stress and competing priorities.
- Provide practical, immediately usable leadership tools with personal and professional value.
Our Approach:
Transformational Meta Coaching developed a bespoke 12 x 2hr online Transformational Leader Workshop delivering a structured, high-impact journey that included practical implementation:
Sessions 1–4:
- Deep dive into Whole Brain® Thinking (HBDI®) for self-awareness and team synergy.
- Using WBT Team Accelerator for more impactful Team work and understanding
- Master communication, listening, and questioning skills.
- Strengthen thinking agility for complex, uncertain environments.
Sessions 5–8:
- Apply the Four Competencies of Emotional Intelligence—self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, relationship management.
- Individual Emotional Intelligence and Emotional Styles surveys to understand blind-spots and develop an action plan to improve personal Emotional Intelligence.
- Improve personal leadership presence and stakeholder influence.
- “Read the room” and lead meetings with confidence and clarity.
Sessions 9–12:
- Lead with authenticity, grit, and growth mindset.
- Cultivate practical ways to build and lead with Confidence
- Influencing without authority and the Resilience advantage, to achieve and sustain performance.
- Apply practical tools for stress and priority management to stay focused under pressure.
