Whole Brain® Thinking & HBDI® Training Session presented to the McDonald’s IDL People Leads
McDonald’s Global IDL People Leads engaged Transformational Meta Coaching to deliver a dynamic Whole Brain® Thinking and HBDI® Training Session designed to enhance collaboration, communication, and leadership agility.
The session empowered participants to apply Whole Brain® principles for improved decision-making and team performance across diverse and fast-paced environments.
Objectives:
- Improve communication and collaboration across the McDonald’s Global IDL People Team by increasing individual and Team self-awareness of diverse thinking preferences.
- Develop leadership capability through self-awareness and adaptability in decision-making use Whole Brain® Thinking.
- Drive innovation and productivity by leveraging Whole Brain® Thinking (WBT) to align individual and team strengths.
Our Approach:
- Participants completed and were debriefed the HBDI® Assessment—a validated 116-question tool identifying individual and team thinking preferences across four quadrants (A–D).
- Conducted one on one individual debriefing Sessions with each People Lead Team member prior to the workshop.
- During a 4-hour interactive session debriefed the Team on their Whole Brain® Thinking Model and the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument® (HBDI®) Team profile.
