After making a conscious decision to live life to your highest potential and purpose, a complimentary introductory session can be scheduled to assess our coaching compatibility and the coaching need. 

The agreed coaching sessions (average 10-12 sessions) are planned over a 3, 6, or 12-month engagement period, while the actual number of sessions will be discussed and determined by the coaching intervention required. 

The first focus area of the coaching journey is to complete the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI®) assessment that defines and describes the degree to which we think and process information in the four quadrants of the Whole Brain® Model. 

It provides insight into why we value certain types of information, resulting in a deep self-awareness of our thinking preferences and how that impacts relationships and communication.

With this increased self-awareness, the coaching sessions begin by identifying the coaching landscape, including the present state (complete with symptoms and causes), the desired state (including the outcomes and effects) and finally, the resources needed to achieve the desired goals and outcome.  

The next coaching step focuses on healing and clearing the current subconscious, limiting beliefs/meta-programs, troubling emotions/concepts or external reference experiences that are preventing the client from achieving their desired outcome. 

Once the clearing and healing process has been completed, the focus moves to awaken and align a new way of being through meta-stating new empowering beliefs and feelings. 

Resources and inspired action plans, taken from an elevated emotion, align to realise a new compelling, unlimited desired outcome.

The process is completed with an ecology check to ensure the client is capable and committed to taking a fully informed decision to live their new compelling desired outcome. 

Once the client is fully connected to their soul’s purpose, they will naturally be able to take inspired action and live to their full potential.
